Happy Mother's Day!!
Mother’s Day is always a fun time to celebrate the women in our lives who help make us what we are. We definitely should be grateful every day, but it is always great to set aside some time to specifically highlight and celebrate who they are and what they mean to us.
I was lucky.
I had a great Mom, married my wife who is one to my Sons, and even got another one via the marriage!
They are there when things are frustrating and they are there when we succeed. One of their greatest qualities is in fact that they are there for us.
I saw this quote and really liked it!
Too many of us lead lives defined by the things that upset and frustrate us. Often it seems as if we view the world through a lens of “What is wrong” or “What we don’t like”.
Whether it is taking a quiet walk or spending time with your family or enjoying something that you love, be sure to recognize and take notice of when you are enjoying what you are doing with those you are doing it.
A positive outlook is both finding those things that are good as well as recognizing when you’ve found them.
Did this give you a reason to smile today? I certainly hope so!

Google on Deindexing
If you operate a website intended to be a communication hub for your audience, having it removed from Google (or other search engines) can create an immediate negative response in your traffic. Where you might have been getting new interested parties, you would now only attract it via your advertising efforts or direct links. It’s going to be noticeable and it is something to keep in mind to ensure it doesn’t happen to you.

Three (3) Social Media requirements for success
I have to admit that I’m a “mark” for GaryVee’s content. Much of what I have learned is directly a result of his widely accessible material. In this, he’s highlighting Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok as social media platforms for use in your business.
I shared some of the same thoughts on this video with YouTube as the video content hub, but many of the same ideas apply. The material is targeted toward Bankruptcy Attorneys, but much is adaptable across a wide range of verticals.
Do citations matter in Local SEO?
Currently, a number of businesses can benefit from Local SEO for a lot less cost than Google Ads or more wide-scale SEO efforts. Simply put, it is easier to become the attention-getting Plumber for Huntsville, Alabama by putting out content AS a plumber in Huntsville (about your existence in & interaction with the region) than trying to do it by focusing on your niche content alone. Citations are just one aspect among the many, but the objective is to attract attention for what you do in the area (not just what you are and what you do).
Getting started with Hydroponic Gardening
Many of us have gotten into gardening over the past year. I did to some success. I’ve gotten started on year 2 and we’ll see how it gets better. One area that I’ve been interested in is gardening with hydroponics (or aquaponics). You can grow more in smaller spaces and extend growing seasons (even indoors in cases) so there’s a definite benefit if you enjoy fresh vegetables year-round.
