You will benefit more from the #OneSmallChange that you make than the list of changes what you only write down!
We would all be better off focusing on making small incremental changes that lead us to our goals than making lists of actions that we perceive as drudgery & punishment! It is no wonder that Change is so difficult when we wax poetic about the joyous End State and fail to focus on (and celebrate) the steps in the Journey.

To-Do Lists absolutely suck!

The infamous “To-Do List” might be one of the most demotivating, procrastination-developing constructs that we have! In this case, Benher includes a list of activities (that should be leading to desirable outcomes) among other things like Death and Taxes!

Achieving our goals and aspirations should not be something perceived and viewed through the lens of a Death March!
